Return To Mysterious Island is an absolutely vast adventure game written as a modern sequel to the Jules Verne novel Mysterious Island.
The graphics have been ported from the original PC game and are absolutely spectacular, and you can look all around each location both horizontally and vertically. There's also an excellent soundtrack which is very atmospheric, and real spoken dialogue.
The game world is huge, it's an enormous island featuring many locations, puzzles and objects, and many of the puzzles depend on combining objects. For example a stone and a piece of metal can be combined to make a knife, but the game can involve even more complex combinations.
RTMI is a player-friendly adventure game which means you can't die or end up in any dead-ends, you always have a chance of winning and never have to go back if you don't want to. There are also numerous save game slots if you want to carry on later.
