To generate the unlock key for some software we need your Blackberry PIN.

Each Blackberry has a unique PIN. This is not your 4-digit PIN for your SIM card, but an 8 character long value that is used to identify your device against the Blackberry Enterprise Server.

The PIN is sometimes used to create your Unlock Key so you will need to enter the PIN when you are making your purchase. If you do not know your PIN, you can find it on your Blackberry by selecting the Options icon, then selecting Status. It is also displayed in the BlackBerry Desktop Redirector and in the BlackBerry Desktop Manager.

If you have purchased some software and did not supply us the correct information, please let us know your details and we will create a key for you. If you have not yet made your purchase, you will be able to enter your PIN at the checkout.
